By ticking our terms and conditions you agree to the following:

2. If your filming requirements are not covered within the generic risk assessment, you will produce a separate risk assessment in agreement with your course director.
3. You have provided the following details to your course director when shooting of site:

                                          i.    Where you are filming

                                         ii.    Who is accompanying you

                                        iii.    Your contact details

4. You will ensure that all rooms you use are left in a clean and tidy state when finished with equipment neatly packed away.
5. You will ensure any bookable rooms are locked by a staff member when left unattended.
6. You are liable for any damages to equipment which may occur as a result of negligence.
7. You will be the sole person using the equipment, or understand that you are liable for damages and losses regardless of reason.
8. Equipment will be kept in a safe, locked place when not in use.
9. Any damage to or loss of equipment must be reported immediately to Tony (technician) - 07500 556125 / tony.haer@wsc.ac.uk
10. Equipment will be returned on time and logged back in with a member of staff or an effort made to contact staff and explain why it wont be returned on time, otherwise you will be fined for late return.
11. If equipment is returned late and you incur fines, your account will be blocked until the fines are paid and you wont be able to book out any equipment.
12. Fees for late returns are £1 per item, per day.
